Founded in 1991, Rebuilding Together Anne Arundel County repairs homes for low-income
residents in need. With over 300 affiliates nationwide, we are the nation's largest non-profit,
non-denominational, volunteer organization of its kind. Our support comes from corporate
sponsors, grants, and the donations of individuals, churches, civic and volunteer organizations.
We currently operate as a year-round home renovation and modifications program to provide
home repairs for neighbors in need.
Low-income homeowners often have no place to turn when the roof begins to leak, the front steps
crumble, or they find themselves unable to gain access to and from their home without the help of a
ramp. Rebuilding Together's mission is to be that place to turn, preserving and revitalizing houses and
communities, assuring that county homeowners, to include the elderly, single parent and disabled live
in warmth, safety and independence.
